Mitch Sando
Depending on who you ask, they’ll tell you that Mitch Sando is one of the brightest sparks in the Sutherland Shire's electrical industry. With over a decade of experience under his belt, Mitch prides himself on providing honest, meticulous work that always shines.
After completing his apprenticeship with one of the most well-respected electricians in the area, Mitch developed a special interest in lighting design and industrial fitouts. He has since connected with key business owners in the area, working closely with them to provide top-quality electrical solutions that keep their operations running smoothly.
When he's not busy lighting up the Shire, Mitch can often be found out on the green, perfecting his swing and enjoying a round of golf. He's also a self-professed coffee and pizza snob, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the best cafes and pizzerias in the area.
But don't let his love of leisure fool you - when it comes to his work, Mitch is all business. He's gained experience across a wide range of areas, including fire safety, domestic, industrial and commercial, and has honed his craft to become one of the most trusted electricians in the region.

Nick Coghlan
Nick, AKA, Mitch’s first protégé, began his career under the watchful eye of Mitch at their first employment.
After many years of working together previously, you can take our word that Nick is not just your run-of-the-mill electrician; he's got experience in electrical construction that'll leave you thinking, ‘Did he just perform magic with those wires?’
When it comes to pubs and clubs, Nick knows how to light up the night. But his real passion lies in residential service work, where he dazzles homeowners with his top-notch skills and that charismatic charm that's sure to brighten anyone's day.
Like the rest of the team at Sando Electrical Services, Nick prides himself on being exceptionally neat and tidy. When Nick's on the scene, you won't find a single electrical wire out of place. He's tidier than a squirrel organising its nut collection.
In his spare time, you'll catch Nick pumping iron at the gym, keeping those electrician muscles in tip-top shape. And when he's not getting charged up at the gym, he's soaking in the electrifying vibes of live music.

Charlie Mielke
From passing tools for her dad to picking up the trade herself, Charlie’s gone from the sidelines to the toolbox—and she’s just getting started.
Sando Electrical’s first year apprentice, Charlie, might be at the start of her journey, but she’s already showing she’s got the spark to go the distance. Her love for the trade started by helping her dad out on jobs; what began as a bit of hands-on experience quickly turned into a real passion for electrical work.
Charlie enjoys installing statement lighting, loving how one well-placed pendant or chandelier can completely transform a space. She’s eager to learn everything she can, firmly believing that no skill ever goes to waste.
Off the clock, you’ll find Charlie at the gym or out bike riding, keeping just as busy in her free time as she does on the job. With a sharp eye, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to take on any challenge, she’s quickly proving she’s got what it takes to keep up with the best of them.
